This project experimented with form and function aiming to reflect the traditional and industrial surroundings of the harbour and create a sympathetic small scale multi purpose cultural hub in the small tourist town of Simrishamn.

From dark to light, up and down, open to intimate, the building aimed to have individual qualities to give an unique and compact exhibition and café experience as well as defining and positively activating the surrounding parkland.
