Skanstorget has consistently lost its identity over time. The aim of this project was to revitalise this central location and stimulate moderate activity through introducing offices, commerce and housing.

Taking into account the surrounding character of the buildings and their varying height it became apparant a natural bridge between the two quarters was required to effectively glue the areas together.
