I was brought up just north of London and educated in Cambridge-England. Having spent most of my late teens concentrating upon art and design I enrolled to Chelsea College to pursue my intrest.
Soon after I began a practical apprenticeship in furniture. From antiques I moved to contemporary work and then bespoke. After having moved to Sweden in 2001 I quickly worked on starting my own business.
Securing a well equipped wood workshop I began producing my own work and succeeded in running my own affair for well over 5 years.
The company went from strength to strength eventually leading to a crossroads and a financial dilemma to drastically expand the business. Having pursued my options I instead decided to follow my primary interest and study architecture and further expanding my academic horizons.
The urban space has never been so interesting and my eyes have been opened to so many factors that may otherwise go unnoticed. I can sincerely say I have not regretted my prior decision and I look forward to learning more in a work environment.
I am presently studying housing and urban architecture at masters level.
